Ten-year visa

To become eligible for a ten-year visa, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Make a public investment of at least AED 10 million. The investment may take many forms, such as:
    • at least AED 10 million of investment funds inside the UAE
    • an established company in the country with at least AED 10 million of capital
    • partnership in an existing or a new company with a share value of at least AED 10 million
    • a total investment of more than AED 10 million in all areas mentioned above, given that the investment in non-real estate sectors is not less than 60% of the total investment

Your spouse and children can be included in the long-term visa. For investors, one executive director and one advisor can also be included on the visa. Investor applicants from abroad may apply for a multiple-entry permit for six months.

Five-year visa

Aside from investing in a property in Dubai, here are the conditions to meet to receive a visa:

  •  the investment property must have a value of AED 5 million or more
  • the property cannot be mortgaged
  • the property must be retained for at least three years.

Three-year visa

The Dubai Land Department grants visas to applicants who have invested in a Dubai property that’s worth AED750,000 and above. Here, there are multiple benefits, such as applying for an identity card, UAE driver’s license, and family sponsorship.

To become eligible, you must satisfy the following conditions:

  • the property must be valued at least AED750,000
  • the property must be mortgage-free and off-plan and residential
  • you must show an income of AED 10,000 per month
  • you cannot spend 6 six months outside the country consecutively
